Parking in front of the Bath Freight Shed is not allowed, but there is parking on the west side of Commercial Street.,

On weekdays parking is generally available on Commercial Street near Waterfront Park, a block north of the Bath Freight Shed.

Permit parking areas underneath the viaduct are available on weekends. There is a large 2 hour parking lot on Water Street behind the Front Street shops, which gives you an opportunity to visit the center of historic Bath.

Street parking times are limited during the day so look for the signs. Overnight parking is not allowed from November 15 thru March 15.

During Bath Heritage Days, Commercial Street near the Bath Freight Shed and Waterfront Park is closed to car traffic. Plan on parking farther away. On non-working days, some additional parking is available at Bath Iron Works (enter near the railroad station).
