July 9, 2025 - 7pm
Bath Freight Shed and Zoom
Alicia Witham - Executive Director, Maine's First Ship
I have been fortunate to have sailed in many amazing places all over the world. And had not done an Atlantic crossing until April of 2025. I plan to share my story as a sailor and how I came to be on s/v Tifara for the atlantic crossing. I will share stories and photos of the crossing and some of my significant learnings and future sailing goals.
This is the fifth of the 2025 Summer Lecture Series. The lectures will be held on Wednesday evenings at the Bath Freight Shed (27 Commercial St, Bath Maine). Recordings will be available here a couple of days later. You can also join by Zoom.
