Richard Seymour has been a clinical psychologist for the past thirty years. He currently practices in both Portland and Brunswick, and is a Professor Emeritus at Cambridge College, Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Dick has published two novels of historical fiction: Beyond, The Popham Colony, the first English settle in New England, and its sequel, The Duke of Kennebec. He has also written a memoir entitled Let the Dogs Howl, which describes his experiences learning how to play the piano as an adult.  Dick lives in Brunswick with his wife Rosie Armstrong.
